I appeared in the Daily Mirror in September this year, in a story about slim women, and the way society looks at us. I was on front page and in a centre spread with other girls - this was a great opportunity and great publicity.

I have long wanted to get into acting but just didn't know how. I could not find the time to enter into a proper studio, and yet could not find opportunities to act without such experience. Enter Star Now, through which I got a lead acting role in a movie and now am working on my second film and looking to attend acting school next year. Thanks Star Now for my new career!

I got my first break into radio theatre from an ad on Star Now in May, and since taking to the stage playing Dr. Zarkov & King Vultan in Flash Gordon in June I have now completed my 7th Feature Film this year.
Things are definately moving on now with my career and this is certainly, in part, due to StarNow.

I have made an extra few grand on top of my wages in the last year through Star Now by doing magazine articles - there were so many stories I could relate to, things I had been through (sometimes embarrassing) that I could share with readers. I thought well, why not get paid for some shortcomings and I did!

I appeared on BBC1's Strictly Dance Fever thanks to the ad I saw on Star Now - it has given me so much exposure and I have now become a choreographer. There is no way I would be able to now get jobs like this if it wasn't for Star Now posting opportunities for people like me. It gives us back the control we need in our careers instead of waiting for agents to put you up for roles.

I won Miss Beautiful Eyes and the Miss Fire award in the finals of Miss UK Earth in July 2005 - coming in as runner up - thanks Star Now!

I have had 2 brilliant jobs - one that has changed my life! I got on a show to do detox in Spain for UKTV - it was amazing and helped cure my illness!

After one month of being a StarNow member I had won modelling jobs - getting paid and adding to my portfolio. One modelling job resulted in me getting a six month contract with an agency - thanks StarNow!
