I was initially made aware of StarNow through my involvement with Miss World Australia as a finalist contestant and winner of the Fitness and Talent Competition. Since listing my profile online I have had numerous opportunities in acting, singing, modelling and dancing. It is my belief that in a small entertainment industry such as Australia, a performer needs to be as versatile and multiskilled as possible. Opportunity can present itself in many forms and the more opportunities you are able to say "yes" to, the more likely you are to be successful. The highlight of my experiences was being selected as one of the leads for a Melbourne Premiere Musical Production called Marking Life - see video online. I have since been honoured by being asked to perform the song number at the Music Theatre Guild Awards night in December 2007. From StarNow I have also been an extra for City Homocide, back up singer for recording artists and a lead character in readings for various local plays.

Thank you Star Now, I became a member and applied for Miss Teen Queen UK 2008 and my application was accepted! I went to a photo shoot and it was really fun. Now I'm in the photo final. Wish me luck! I am contestant number 20.

Hi!
I joined Star Now earlier this year and have had a great time so far. I love the variety of jobs that come through.
So far, I have managed to make an advert for Emirates Airlines, become a salon model for Bumble and Bumble, work on an article on identity theft, and audition for several films and TV adverts.
I love it and would recommend it to all my friends!

I have just taken part in X Factor series 4 and got through to Boot Camp. I am really excited as this is the first year the competition has been open to under 16's.

I am 33 and decided last year that I am not going to work in the boring world of Human Resources anymore and am gong to follow my dream despite people around me saying i have missed the boat! I am training to be an actress and thanks to Star now I am working on a film starring Sienna Miller and have been shortlisted for a National Model Competition and have regular work! It just goes to show its never too late!

I keep a diary that at the beginning of every year I write a random thing to do in for every week. When the weeks task arrives, I do the random thing, ranging from writing a poem to parachute jumping!
I happened to have on one particular week, 'apply for a game show'... so I did! Fate happened that the week, 'go to an audition' landed the same week I was invited!
It ended in my invitation to take part in a pilot game show, 'First and last', hosted by Justin Lee-Collins. It was amazing! I had the best day EVER and everyone, from the contestants to the staff, were fantastic. To top it all off, I won!! As it was a pilot, the amount I won although stated at £17639, was in fact £1,000... but it was amazing, as I had backdated bills of £990!
It truly was the best day I have ever had, I felt like a star, having my make-up done, microphone adjusted etc. Winning was the icing on the cake!
I can not stress how enjoyable that day was, I wouldn't think twice about doing it all again! xx

Since joining Star Now I have had a lot of modelling & acting opportunities. I've done a lot of photo shoots that have been published & have been in films & music videos. I have recommended this site to several people & they all agree they wouldn't be where they are now without Star Now. I will continue to use this site for many years to come! I have made back my membership fee a hundred times over & feel it was worth every penny!

I've been catapulted into the wonderful world of entertainment, thanks to Star Now! So far I've had a cascade of fashion shows, commercial and fashion modelling offers but one of my many highlights includes a fantastic editorial job with a London wedding dress company!

I just want to say thank you to Star Now! I won lead roles in two short films and more recently joined girl group Untouched through a casting with Star Now. We are backed by Crimestoppers and are currently touring UK schools promoting an anti-bullying, anti-drugs lifestyle - our first single out next year. I have made wonderful friends through the band and films and can't thank Star Now enough for changing my life!

I just wanted to thank Star Now as I have only been registered with you for a month and have already had some great experiences! I appeared on the TV show 'How Euro are you', I have done an interview and photoshoot with a well known woman's magazine (out this Christmas) and I am also talking with Endemol about an upcoming TV program. I have also been offered a presenting role on a new TV channel to be launched and on air soon!
